Return Policy,
We guarantee the freshness of our dokha tobaccos and quality of medwakh pipes. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the condition of the product upon arrival, you will have one week from receipt to contact us regarding an exchange, after which you will be issued a reference code. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped at owners expense. Tobacco may not be returned or exchanged given the consumable nature, safety and legal ramifications. We will not exchange used smoking pipes. Extenuating circumstances will however be considered: PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE IN ANY WAY DISSATISFIED. If any product arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a free replacement.
Your order will typically be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If placed after business hours on weekends, please allow 48 hours to process your order.
